Urinary tract infections are frequently treated using antibiotics . In most cases they are efficient, curing the infections within a few days. However, you should first stop to consider a few important things  before using  to antibiotics.

In the second part of the article I will also present a natural, efficient method of curing UTI-s, It’s called D-Mannose and it treats urinary tract infections (UTI’s) fast and effeciently,  by literally flushing the bacteria out of your body,  No bacteria, no infection.

ANTIBIOTICS ARE KNOWN TO KILL BENEFICIAL BACTERIA

Antibiotics will kill the bacteria at the root cause of  the infection, but, at the same time, they can also  eliminate  many other productive  bacteria in your body. Yes, Not all of the bacteria in your body is considered bad  . For example, urinary tract infection antibiotics will also kill intestinal flora, which helps you  digest food, as well as immune system bacteria that contribute to a good healthy immune system . if allowed to prey upon beneficial bacteria  , antibiotics can lead to side effects, such as constipation, nausea, diarrhea and sometimes vomiting  .

Yet another reason why certain bacteria are very beneficial is because they  build significant amounts of several vitamins, like vitamin K and Folic Acid  . Unknown to many  , the use of antibiotics can contribute to long-term hidden vitamin deficiency. If adequate amounts of good bacteria are killed, their evil counterparts – molds, yeasts and bacteria  – are encouraged to take their places .

Many women who take antibiotics develop a vaginal yeast infection not long after. That happens because the friendly bacteria that normally inhabit the vagina keep the yeast under control. Once the friendly bacteria are removed by the antibiotic , the yeast organisms are free to grow unchecked.

USING ANTIBIOTICS? WATCH OUT FOR THE SUPERBUG!

Either the use or common overuse of antibiotics are also creating an environment that is fostering mutated bacterial species that are resistant to antibiotics . Bacteria are very clever in their ability to mutate genes so as to protect themselves from being killed by the antibiotics they know . In turn, these adaptive bacteria pass on their charactoristics to their offspring and other bacteria  . This has caused a great deal of concern in the medical and scientific communities, and many fear the appearance of a superbug that will be totally resistant to our present day antibiotics, rendering them ineffective   .

IS THERE A BETTER WAY OF CURING URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS?

D-Mannose is a natural occurring simple sugar that can cure urinary tract infections easily, safely and quickly  .  You see, D-Mannose doesn’t kill the bacteria, it simply flushes it out of your body  . This is what happens  : Almost every UTI is caused by a specific bacterium: E. coli,  this sticks to the walls of a person’s urinary tract after moving in to the urinary tract  . The reason why the bacteria cling to the walls is because there are some amounts of d-mannose , which the bacteria are highly attracted to  . But when D-Mannose powder is taken and gets into the urinary tract, floating about in big swirls, the bacteria that was clinging to the little portions of D-mannose on the walls get super-excited about the large amounts of D-mannose and go for the new, more abundant D-Mannose, (remember that bacteria want to survive and will go to the best food source)  . This way, next time the person urinates, the E-coli bacteria are flushed out altogether with the d-mannose sugar .

D-Mannose is very efficient in curing UTIs  and it has no side effects. It doesn’t require a doctor’s prescription and it is well suited for pregnant women and young children, some who frequently get UTI’s. D-mannose can also be taken as a supplement, on a regular basis , so as to prevent recurring UTIs.

NOTE

Because it is remotely possible for you to contract a non-E. coli based Urinary tract infection, you should see your doctor where they can give you a urine test.  . This way, in one chance in ten that the infection is not caused by E. coli and D-mannose doesn’t work, this will allow the doctors to identify the infecting bacteria and select an appropriate conventional antibiotic.

In conclusion, you should consider taking D-mannose before resorting to conventional antibiotic treatment. This will cure the UTI in a natural safe way, without any side effects.

Special Note to Diabetics:

D-Mannose is a simple sugar. Simple sugars are made up of only one or two molecules and are processed so quickly in the digestive system that the pancreas does not detect them as a sugar that requires insulin for it to be absorbed into the blood stream. It should not affect your blood sugar level, though you should continue to monitor the glucose levels in your blood while taking this product, just to be sure.
