Critics of the Ice Cream Diet have pointed out the lack of scientific evidence, or even a significant number of testimonials to support that this diet actually works. The fact is, this is a relatively new diet, and there are quite a few people who claim to have lost weight while using it. However, it must be admitted that it’s too soon to say for certain that the Ice Cream Diet is as effective as its advocates claim. You will have to see for yourself to see if this diet really works.
You can lose weight with the Ice Cream Diet, and you’ll have to do your part just like with any other diet. Also, should you decide to “cheat” on the amount of daily ice cream, then don’t be surprised if you gain weight or don’t lose it.
